Pilgrimage : October 23 to November 8th.

MODULE 1 - Tiruvannamalai
Self-Inquiry, Sacred Mountain & Encounters with Sadhus
Tiruvannamalai, home of Ramana Maharshi, is one of the world’s great centers of awakening.
Here the Yoga Teacher Training begins with presence, honesty, discipline, and silence, guided by the mountain Arunachala — considered by sages to be Shiva in physical form.

You will have the opportunity to meet authentic sadhus living around Arunachala — wandering monks dedicated to renunciation and spiritual fire.
Their presence and simplicity are teachings in themselves.

A symbolic “Ganga Ma Offering” — a cleansing ritual performed with sacred water brought from the mountain springs, representing purification and inner readiness.

Tradition & Diversity
At Soham Yoga Experience, we honor the tradition, while embracing diversity. We offer our students the opportunity to connect with a strong lineage by learning the foundations of Ashtanga Vinyasa yoga primary series from the lineage of Pattabhi Jois and the basics of the traditional Sivananda Hatha flow. Towards the end of the training, the students will have the chance to create their own flow, supported by the foundations learned through the previous styles. Our training encourages curiosity and exploration, allowing students to discover the approaches that resonate with them the most. As they choose the tradition to follow, we encourage them to cultivate a strong devotion for a specific path that will enable them to continue the journey with confidence and a richer understanding of the practice.
