An Investment for Life !
Investing time and energies on what creates abundance and happiness for you.
We often invest our time and energy in things that will disappear or that will not last. Investing in our health and awareness and spreading it through teaching is a gift to yourself and others that will keep giving endlessly.

Tradition & Diversity
At Soham Yoga School, we honor the tradition, while embracing diversity. We offer our students the opportunity to connect with a strong lineage by learning the foundations of Ashtanga Vinyasa yoga primary series and a traditional Sivananda Hatha flow. Towards the end of the training, the students will have the chance to create their own flow, supported by the foundations learned through the previous styles. Our training encourages curiosity and exploration, allowing students to discover the approaches that resonate with them the most. As they choose the tradition to follow, we encourage them to cultivate a strong devotion for a specific path that will enable them to continue the journey with confidence and a richer understanding of the practice.
